Workforce Readiness is being proposed as a business-anchored governing metric for HR: a way to determine the extent to which talent and culture can produce the outcomes the business has committed to achieve.
The operationalization of Workforce Readiness will include validation and critique with the profession — a collaborative process through which the construct is tested, challenged, and refined in practice.
